Ms. Williams taught at Warner Robins Montessori Academy for 12 years before accepting a teaching position at Northside Elementary School in 2019.  To further her education, she is currently enrolled in a Master of Arts Teaching Program.

As an educator, she strives to provide a nurturing environment where children develop a love of learning and grow in a spirit of curiosity, cooperation, and mutual respect. Her philosophy of education focuses on the whole child approach which values the uniqueness of each child, the human spirit, and the development of the whole child—physical, social, emotional, and cognitive.  Her educational philosophy supports the unfolding of a child's maximum potential through fostering: independence, confidence, exploration, self-discipline, intrinsic motivation, academic achievement, peaceful conflict resolution, and responsible citizenship.
